Our work centers around individualized healing using evidence-informed, natural therapies and advanced alternative treatments. We are currently expanding our IV therapy services and are seeking an experienced IV Certified RN or Medic who shares our passion for natural health and whole-person wellness.

Who You Are

• IV Savvy: You’re very comfortable starting IVs, troubleshooting difficult veins, and maintaining composure under pressure. You can confidently run IV drips with minimal supervision.

• Holistically Minded: You’re passionate about alternative and functional medicine. You don’t want to work in a traditional allopathic environment.

• Tech-Friendly: You’re proficient with Apple/Mac platforms and can quickly learn or already know systems like Cerbo and Humble Fax.

• Organized & Independent: You thrive in organized environments, value autonomy, and have strong attention to detail.

• People-Oriented: You create a calm, supportive experience for patients and know how to make each client feel heard and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Initiate and monitor IV therapy sessions using a wide range of nutrient-based protocols

• Accurately document sessions and progress in our EMR (Cerbo)

• Communicate with the clinical team and collaborate on patient care plans

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance

• Educate clients on IV treatments and support their functional medicine journey

• Help scale and evolve our IV offerings in alignment with patient needs and clinic goals

Qualifications

• Current RN license or certification as a Medic/Paramedic with IV certification

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IV placement and management experience

• CPR/BLS certification (current)

• Passion for functional medicine, integrative health, or naturopathic care

• Experience in alternative health clinics a plus

• Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, patient-first environment
